The company evolved into providing financial and marketing services to numerous projects and small business start-ups. The business became part of Titan International in 2002 and formed a joint venture with a major law firm (Coudert Brothers) to provide relationship management services for multinational infrastructure projects. After many smaller projects, the joint venture lead the team that restructured the Longhorn Pipeline in Texas (2002-2004). Upon the collapse of Coudert Brothers LLP, Titan International disbanded and Sundberg Communications Company continued to provide selective consulting services to private clients.
In 2005, Sundberg Communications joined with the Burruano Group in Naples Florida to provide a business advisory practice for small to medium sized companies needing to improve margins, market share and improved profits. Sundberg Communications shares all its intellectual property with the Burruano Group.
In 2006, Sundberg Communications Company formed a joint venture with CEB, Inc. to create Bedcreek Holdings. Bedcreek sold 20% of its shares to a division of Conbec, Inc. the largest drill blast and mining operations support company in Canada.
